About Sync2Sheets

I started it in 2021 under the name Notion2Sheets. Back then Notion had no way to run a formula across a whole database, no charts, and no simple way to keep a copy of your data outside Notion. Google Sheets had all of that. So I wrote an add-on that copied a database into a sheet and kept it fresh.

Two months in, people were already asking for the other direction: edit a cell in Sheets and have Notion pick it up. That shipped in July 2021. The name lagged behind the product for a couple of years, and in January 2024 it became Sync2Sheets. Same product, same accounts, same person behind it.

It's an official Notion integration with 184K+ installs and a 4.5 out of 5 rating from 78 ratings on the Google Workspace Marketplace. Ops and revenue teams at Wix, WeTransfer, UPS, Canva, Circle, and L'Oreal use it. So do a lot of solo founders keeping a CRM or a portfolio tracker in Notion and doing the math in Sheets.

The product does one thing: Notion and Google Sheets. There are no plans to turn it into a general-purpose integration platform. If you need Notion talking to something other than Sheets, the alternatives page is honest about who does that better.

One person. That is a choice, and it shapes a few things you'll notice. Support emails are answered by the person who wrote the code. There is no sales team and no call to book. Pricing is flat per workspace, not per seat, and the pricing page shows the actual numbers.

Payments go through Paddle, which handles checkout, invoices, and taxes. The terms are governed by Argentine law, and the privacy policy spells out what the add-on stores. The short version: it keeps the tokens it needs to talk to Notion and Google, and it does not sell or share your data.
